I started this site because like you, I suffered from panic attacks for many years. I was on a constant mission to find a solution and just recently I came across a program called Panic Away.
Having been through the Panic Away program and gotten what I believe great results from it I wanted to start this site to educate others on all you need to know about Panic Away!
I Have Always Longed For Something That Would Take The Panic Away
If you have ever suffered a panic attack, it is something you will never forget. Though each individual experiences it differently, at times the sense of fear and despair can be overwhelming. As for me, I have long suffered my attacks, mostly during the night, instantly waking up from my sleep, and have always longed for something that could take the panic away.
Anxiety Is Often Misdiagnosed
Years ago, in my effort to take control of these attacks, I took the advice of numerous medical doctors. All of them wanted me to take large doses of harmful antidepressant medicines as a way to circumvent the depression they said I was feeling. However to me, I was not feeling depressed but simply debilitated when these feelings would overtake me.
I was very reluctant at first, but I eventually began taking the drugs, which only made me feel very strange. The medications did not take the panic away but only added another symptom of just feeling weird as I walked around in a daze. It only took a couple of months to realize my body and mind seemed to be affected more negatively by the drugs than by the symptoms of my panic disorder, which were still happening to me.
Harmful Medications Typically Don’t Help
Although I continued taking the different high-dosage antidepressant drugs, it became very apparent to me the medicines were not helping at all and actually made me feel worse. My doctor reluctantly agreed to wean me off the prescription medication, which needed to be done slowly. Apparently, had I just stopped taking the medicine, there was a chance it would make me feel suicidal. If I had known that from the beginning, I never would have taken them, as the withdrawal was causing me more anxiety.
Relief Without Medications
I was back to square one, attempting to figure out how to overcome my panic attacks on my own. I started taking natural herbal supplements, began exercising more and sought out help from homeopathic physicians, determined to find something that would take the panic away. It was not until I searched online for the answer that I come across a method called the Panic Away program, and I was able to finally make the symptoms go away.

Overcoming “Fight or Flight” – Why Choose Panic Away?
The program taught me to understand that it is merely a “fight or flight” mechanism built into all humans hundreds of thousands of years ago. The experiences I was feeling when I had my attacks were perfectly natural, and as I had always believed, I was not depressed. Once I came to understand that I actually was not in danger and would not be harmed by some unknown force, a sense of calm came over me.
